The setup of version 1.3 of Registry Explorer displays the following text:

This problem occurs with the setup of Registry Explorer - Standard Edition, files dated january 2 2002.
The wrong text was included in the setup. Furthermore, the wrong web page was included.
The problem has been solved in the files dated january 8 2002.
If you installed the previous version, no action is required. The web view will not display commercials.
If you want to distribute version 1.3 or install it again, please update your file.
