Tweak #21 - januari 9, 2002
When you open a folder like Control Panel from the Start menu or My Computer or another from your desktop, windows will open it without the folders pane on the left.
This tweak changes this behaviour.
This is done by making Explore the default verb for a folder instead of Open.
Go to the registry key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/Folder/Shell
Change the default value to the following:
explore
